Founded with a passion for community, creativity, and clean ingredients, our mobile charcuterie experience brings a fresh, modern twist to traditional catering. From corporate events to weddings, farmers markets to private parties, we craft visually stunning and delicious grazing tables and carts that celebrate local, seasonal, and high-quality foods.
Eco Garden Graze is the brainchild of a food-loving entrepreneur (that’s me!) with a background in healthy living and an eye for aesthetic detail. After years in the microgreens and wellness space, I wanted to expand beyond bowls and sprouts to create something that invited people to slow down, gather, and truly savor the moment. That spark became EcoGarden Graze—where artful presentation meets nourishing, thoughtfully sourced bites.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Lexi Sabjan, the founder of Eco Garden Graze. What began as a journey into urban farming and microgreens eventually blossomed into something more—a way to connect with people through food. I’ve always believed that what we eat should be beautiful, nourishing, and shared. Inspired by the joy of gatherings and my love of vibrant, wholesome flavors, I launched Eco Garden Graze to offer unique catering with heart. Every cart we roll out is a reflection of that vision: sustainable, intentional, and full of flavor.
